91 deg Facing Tool

STFCR/L toolholders use the three 60º corners of TCMT inserts, mounted at 1º to the axis of the lathe. This means that they are to be used purely for facing cuts.

Note! For a given shank size, they use the same inserts as STDCR/L and STGCR/L tools.

Shank size 10 uses Insert Type 4
Shank sizes 12,16 use Insert Type 5
