Making a Purchase
This process could not be any easier, just click on the product you wish to purchase, click 'order' and then fill out the relevant details.

Delivery Schedule
Stock items are normally despatched within 1-2 working days by 1st class post. If your order cannot be despatched within 3-4 working days, we will advise you of the delay by email.

Complaints
If, for any reason you are unhappy or feel you have been treated unfairly, telephone 01527 877576 during office hours. We promise to process your complaint FAIRLY, CONFIDENTIALLY, EFFECTIVELY and SPEEDILY.

Returns
Our returns policy is simple. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the goods unused and in their original packaging, within 10 days, for a full refund. We can only refund postage if the goods were supplied in error on our part.
